Pre-Sales Engineer (Guangzhou & Beijing, China)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales support for web security projects, including technical exchanges, program writing, solution explanations, product demonstrations, etc.

• Product training for users and channels

• Collect competitor data and compile competitive product descriptions

• Feedback market demand and industry application

• Collect customer demand; track R&D; develop competitive products; improve solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above from a full-time university

• More than 3 years of experience in pre-sales consulting for the web security industry

• Familiar with the field of web security; familiar with WAF; familiar with WEB security related knowledge, management platform, vulnerability scanning, etc.

• 5 years of IT industry experience, with knowledge background of security industry such as cloud computing, WAF, firewall

• Sales experience in government, finance, internet, energy, power and other industries is preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills and high-end customer communication skills
