

Test Manager (Beijing, China)
Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective testing process

Responsible for the daily management of the test team
-
Responsible for formulating and scheduling test plans and testing work
-
Lead the test team to carry out the program test work, execute according to the established test plan, and supervise and control the progress of the test work
-
Responsible for communication and collaboration with other departments, such as communication with developers and project managers to promote the smooth progress of the project
-
Responsible for the training of the test team and the ability of the team members
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor degree or above with a computer related major
-
More than 5 years of experience in safety product testing; more than 3 years working experience in foreign companies

Have rich system technical knowledge; be familiar with the testing process; and be proficient in writing test cases and executing test cases

Have the ability to install and use automatic test and stress test tools independently; have good management, organization and coordination capabilities
-
Familiar with mainstream testing methods and theories, mastery of the mainstream testing and management tools
-
Ability to communicate in English
